Bread Rolls



Ingredients

All purpose flour- 2cups and 1more cup for dusting
Yeast-1 tbsp
milk-1/2 cup
butter-2tbsp
salt
sugar-2tsp
eggs-2 and 1 more for brushing on top

1.Disslove yeast in warm(not hot) milk adding sugar.Keep it aside 5-10 minutes or until yeast is completely   dissolved
2.In a bowl whisk 2eggs
3.Mix all the above i.e 1&2.Add the butter too.Mix it well
4.In a bowl take all purpose flour add salt and add the above mixture(from step 3) little by little.You need not add the all the above mixture.If the dough is very soft then you can stop adding the mixture.
5.Knead the dough(if it is very soft to knead then dust it with flour)
6.keep it aside for 1 hour with a wet kitchen towel on top of it.
7.Dough gets doubled knead it once and keep it aside 10 more minutes.
8.Take a small portion of dough squeeze it and roll it in between palms to make it round or you can make three long rolls and braid.
9.Keep it aside for 30 minutes closing it with wet kitchen towel.They will get doubled in size.
10.Now take bowl mix egg and water well
11.Brush the above mixture on top of rolls gently ,this give nice color to the texture.Only egg mix gives dark color to the texture so add half cup water to get light golden color.
12.Pre heat oven at 425 F.Put the bread rolls in the oven until u see nice golden color on top say 20-25minutes.


Serve it with spreadable cheese.
