Dosa Avakai

1 cup  cumcumber pieces(without seeds but with skin)
1 tbsp Mustard powder(avapindi)
2 tbsp chillipowder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste

1.Wash dosakaya and clean it with cloth so that there is no moisture at all.cut it and take out the seeds.
    cut it into 1 inch cubes or lesser than that in size.
2.Mix all the above ingredients in wide mouth bowl using dry spatula.
3.Keep it aside for a day with tight lid on it that is when salt brings out moisture from cumcumber.
It can be  used for a week.

Knife,bowl,spatula everything should be clean and should have no moisture.
you can add ingredients approximately.
