Bread Bonda

                                                          Neelu's Recipe
Ingredients

Potatoes     (1 small potato)
bread slices (big one)
chopped chillies
chopped coriander leaves
salt

Preparation

1.Boil Potatoes
2.Mash potatoes.Add finely chopped chillies,salt,chopped coriander leaves.
3.Make balls out of the mixture.keep them aside.
4.Take bread slices and cut off the brown edges
5.Dip bread slice in water and take out immediately and press them using your palms to squeeze out
   the water from the bread slices
6.keep potato mixture in the mid of the bread slice and gently pull the egdes of the bread
   towards the center and press it to form a round shape ball.
7.Deep fry them in oil.Turn them gently as they can break-up easily.

serve with tomatoe sauce.

****You could use leftover potato curry for this bonda.
Instead of mashing raw potatoes you could use potato curry and the curry can be done in any way
according to your taste.
