RAVA DOSA or SEMOLINA DOSA

Ingredients

1 cup semolina(rava)
1 cup very finely chopped onions
3 tbsp curd
salt
coriander leaves
cumin seeds
chopped green chillies

Prepartions

1.Mix all the above ingredients with very little of water.(try to add as little as possible). It need not be
like regular dosa batter may be little thicker than that.

2.On a very hot tava pour spatula-ful of batter and gently press all around to make it like dosa.

3.Flip the other side over only when the bottom side is completely done. That is when you can flip it easily.

This rava dosa takes little longer time to cook. While tava gets hoter and hoter you get finer dosas.
May be the first dosa takes little longer time to get cooked later dosas will be little bit faster than this.
If tava is getting too hoter and dosa seems like burning reduce falme little bit.

Until top of dosa seems like all the moisture in it is evaporated that is when you can flip it over.

We can have this dosa with any chutney but tomato pickle is the best one.
