Dosakai Royyalu(Indian Cumcumber shrimp)curry

Ingredients

1 cup shrimp
1 cup chopped dosakaya(indian cumcumber pieces)
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1/4 th cup onions chopped
pinch of turmeric powder and salt
chillipowder (according to taste)
5 strands of coriander leaves

Preparation

1.Add oil to the pan, once it is hot add onions when they turn translucent add all dosakaya, tomato, shrimp together to the pan.
add salt and turmeric powder.Keep the lid on it.
2.cook on low to medium(3 if coil stove top) heat to get the water out from the ingredients.
once water fully out from the ingredients increase the heat a bit.
3.cook it until all the ingredients are fully cooked.(if too much water remains in the dish it stinks,we want a thick mixture that is good to have with rice.)
4.Add chillipowder and coriander leaves give it a stir.keep it on flame for 2 more minutes.

**It tastes really good. This is one of my favorites. No spices other than chillipowder(you can limit the amount of chillipowder).Whenever you want to have non-veg with no masala or spices this would be the one.

**Adjust the ingredients approximately and according your interest.
