Chicken Korma



Ingredients

1.Chicken             1/2kg
2.Bay leaf               1
3.cinnamon              1 medium stick
4.cloves                    2
5.cumin powder        2tsp
6.coriander powder  2tsp
7.chilli powder          1tbsp
8.turmeric powder    1tbsp
9.salt
10.kasoori methi        2tbsp
11.coriander leaves    1cup
12.mint leaves            1cup
13.Mace                    1
14.Fennel seeds         1tsp
15.cardmom              1(crushed or you could use powder)
16.curd                      2 tbsp

Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients

16.ginger garlic paste  2tbsp
17.kaju paste             1cup(make a paste of raw kajus by adding little water)
18.onion                    1 medium size
19.tomatoes               2 small or 1 big
20.chicken masala powder(any brand)     1-2tbsp

Heat pan.Add some oil.Add onions.Fry them.Add ginger garlic paste.Fry it.
Add one tomato to it and cook until it is completely cooked then
Add the marinated mixture in it.Add chicken masala powder.Cook it with lid until chicken is 80% done.
Add Kaju paste to it.Add enough water.
Cook it until it comes to boil and chicken is completely done.


This is goes well with Chapathi,Naan and Biryani.
