Bread Halwa

Ingredients

2 large bread slices(serves two)
2 tbsp ghee or clarified butter for 2 slices
1 cup milk

Ingredients for sugar syrup

1 cup sugar(approximately)
2 cups water(approximately)
2tsp cardmom powder

Preparation of sugar syrup

1. Heat a pan
2Add water and sugar
when you see bubbles (or once it comes to boil)
the sugar syrup is ready.

1.Trim the brown edges off the bread slices.
2.cut each slice into 4 squares
3.heat a pan pour in all the butter.
4.Fry the slices in the pan.Flip the slices over only when the bottom side is completely brown (if burnt no problem that will be tasty too but we don't want any white color).Meanwhile if you see butter is fully absorbed by the slices add very little we don't want to dip them in butter(that will be too greasy) but just fry them using butter to get brown color.
5.heat milk in bowl.Dip each slice in the milk  takeout immediately and squeese out milk using two spatulas.
6.Add these slices to the sugar syrup
7.Add cardamom powder.Stir well.
