Fried Chicken


chicken legs    2 pieces
Maida            1 cup
semolina         1/4cup(little less than that)
salt
egg                2
chillipowder   1tbsp
coriander leaves   afew
oil for deep fry

Preparation

1.Marinate chicken pieces in salted warm(not hot) water for about 5 hours.Add some ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,cumin,coriander powder.These will give flavour to chicken.You could use simply salt water and that would be fine.
2.Whisk two eggs  in a bowl.Add salt,ginger garlic paste,chillipowder.You could add some coriander leaves and any number spices that you would like to have in your dish.
3.In a bowl mix maida,semolina and salt.
4.Take chicken pieces dip them in egg mixture in such way that they are very well coated with egg mixture.
5.After that dip them in flour mixture and coat them very well with flour all over it.
6.Try to use medium heat for oil.Make sure it is not too hot.Take each piece of leg add into the oil. Fry them  until they change their color to golden brown.


*Semolina gives nice crispy texture and golden brown color.
*Serve with chilli sauce.
