chicken 65

Chicken1/2kg
salt to taste
egg -1
pepper-1tsp
corn flour-just for binding so 1tbsp
chillie sauce(or tomatoe sauce or chillie garlic sauce)-2tbsp(can add more)
curry leaves-7 leaves
chopped garlic-3 tbsp(you could add more or reduce)
sliced green chillies 5
chillipowder(optional) 1tsp(optional)
mix salt,pepper with the chicken
add corn flour as a binding
add one egg
mix well
heat oil in a pan
add in all the chicken cubes.
cook until the outside texture seems to be cooked completely(need not wait until it turn brown light golden color engouh though).keep them aside.
Take a pan.add 1 tbsp oil.add chopped garlic,chillies and curry leaves.(don't let the garlic burn)
add some spices(whatever you need)like 1 tsp cumin,coriander and chillipowder(don't let the spices burn).stir once.
add chilli garlic sauce,little bit salt.stir once
add in 1 tbsp water.stir once
add in all the chicken.mix well so that chicken cubes are well coated with chillisauce.

 


Heat pan add some oil.Add handful of finely chopped garlic,afew curry leaves,sliced chillies,ginger garlic paste,chilligarlic paste,little it cumin powder,chilli powder,little bit water(2tbsp)Then add fried chicken mix well.Add color(optional)
