My first curry was a mess,I added the same ingredients that my mom usually add to the curry.What I am trying to say is though we all add the same ingredients the way we cook makes all the difference.

Add corn,egg,corn flour for binding,little bit of besan and rice flour with salt and pepper(optional) drop them in oil and deep fry
