Chicken Biryani



Chicken Biryani
Ingredients
chicken 1kg
fried onions 1large onion
chillies 2
coriander leaves 1 medium bunch
mint leaves 1 medium bunch
kasoori methi(dried mint) 2 tbsp
cumin seeds 2 tsp
shahi jeera(black cumin) 2 tsp
black pepper powder 2 tsp
mace 4
cloves 3
ginger garlic paste 2 1/2 tbsp
green and black cardamom 3 of each
bay leaf 4
fennel seeds 2tsp
curd 3 tbsp
turmeric powder 1tbsp
chilli powder 2 tbsp
cumin powder 2tbsp
coriander powder 2tbsp
garam masala powder 2tbsp
chicken masala powder(optional) 2tbsp
salt to taste
oil 2tbsp

Preparations
soak basmati rice for atleast 30 minutes.

RECIPE
1.First thouroughly mix all of the above except basmati rice.
2.Blend it with basamati rice
3.For each cup of rice add one cup of water
4.cook it on medium heat until 2 whistles in cooker and turn the heat low for 10 minutes.

YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.HAVE A DELICIOUS CHICKEN BIRYANI.
Try it even if you miss one or more ingredients.It definitely turns out well.
